Jerry is co-owner of Mother Earth Organic Mushrooms as well as our two 100% organic mushroom farms. He graduated from Penn State in 1990 with a degree in Polymer Science, and then started to work for the family farm. In 1993 he became an owner alongside Tim Hihn. Jerry specializes in everything mechanical, making sure our farms run day to day. Jerry is very active with our local township government to ensure we continue to be community leaders as well as good neighbors. He also has spearheaded many projects with the conservation district, making Mother Earth’s farms some of the most environmentally healthy around!
Co-owner of Mother Earth Organic Mushrooms and our two 100% organic mushroom farms, Tim graduated from Elizabethtown College with a degree in Business Administration & Finance. He married into the Yeatman family in 1983; two years later he started working in the family business as an employee. In 1993 the ownership and leadership of the farms and packing operations (C.P. Yeatman & Sons, Inc.) was turned over to Tim and Jerry. Since then he has helped to grow production and sales dramatically, now owning the oldest and largest organic mushroom farm in the country.
Tom LeoProcurement & Sales Manager
Tom has been involved in the mushroom industry throughout his entire career. He has worked for Mother Earth Organic Mushrooms as our Sales and Operations Manager since 2010. He currently works in our packing facility, communicating with our farms to bring in the highest quality mushrooms. Tom also works directly with our customers on a daily basis to fulfil orders and to meet their specific needs.
Viviana CorderoOperations Manager
Viviana has an extensive background in food safety, sanitation and microbiology within the produce industry. She has been engaged with the company since 2005 developing our farm’s food safety path and heading our food safety programs. In 2011 she stopped consulting and joined the Mother Earth Organic Mushrooms team as a full-time employee. Until 2015 Viviana assumed food safety, sanitation and food defense management and direction within Mother Earth Organic Mushrooms and our two organic farms. She is a certified SQF Consultant/Practitioner, Sanitation Specialist, and cross-functional team player. Viviana holds several certifications within food safety, sanitation and food defense. As of March 2015 she has taken on the position of Operations Manager of Mother Earth Organic Mushrooms. A visionary Manager full of innovative ideas and ready to take Mother Earth Organic Mushrooms to the next level of employee management and operations!
Meghan KlotzbachRegulatory Manager
Meghan is a fifth generation member of the Yeatman Family. She graduated from Dickinson College in 2008 and has worked for Mother Earth Organic Mushrooms since 2012. She began her journey working with the Quality Assurance Department, taking on many projects for Food Safety and Food Defense. She now holds the title of Regulatory Manager, specializing in Organic Certification and OSHA Compliance for our Farms and Packing facility.
